If you click on "Help" -> "Welcome" the following message appears: "There is no welcome content suitable for display in this application."

Just tried in the ExtApp, which displayed a message box informing the user where the content of the message box could be changed. THis is good enough in my opinion (for the development based ExtApp at least).

Closing this now.
