[dashboard] DartClients failed with Linker Error LNK1000

Description

Some dart clients fail due to internal linker error LNK 1000, assumingly this is an VS2008 issue. Try to install SP 1 and see if the error vanishes.
Currently on mbi077 and mbi082

Anja, please install SP1 for VS2008 for this error occurs on your external dartclient as well.

SP1 is now installed. Hope the errore will be gone tonight.
