problem: see summary

why is it a problem: unintuitive usage, you navigate to a target structure in the renderwindow which you want to delineate. then you will be taken back to the start when you create a new segmentation

steps to reproduce:

• compile recent MITK (my version was 7ca67412349b28bf78c072459dba8c9a2a8ce435) with segmentation bundle
• start MITK, load Pic3D
• move the crosshair around in the renderwindows
• select Pic3D it in the DataManager, click "New segmentation" in the segmentation view, give some name and click ok
• a reinit will be called on the image so that the view is again at the center of the image volume
