Improve test of NavigationDataSource

Description

The class NavigationDataSource is not completely tested. See http://cdash.mitk.org/viewCoverageFile.php?buildid=116402&fileid=889566 for details. Please expand tests to improve test coverage.

Availability of the microservice cannot be tested at the moment, because there is no way to access microservices from inside a test. This has to be added as soon as there is a solution for this problem.

Improved test, but one open issue is still left:

Availability of the microservice cannot be tested at the moment, because there is no way to access microservices from inside a test. This has to be added as soon as there is a solution for this problem.

Thus, setting this bug to incomplete. Finish the test as soon as there is a way to access microservices from a test.
