Segmentation crash when creating very small contours with activated 3D interpolation

Description

To reproduce:

  1. Load any image
  2. Open Segmentation View
  3. Select image and create new segmentation
  4. Select Paint tool (smallest size)
  5. click on one voxel
  6. go down one slice
  7. Click on the voxel directly underneath
  8. Wait

An errowindow will pop up and eventually the extapp crashes

The error occurs only when 3D interpolation is activated.

MITK-1-0 keyword is obsolete, we use Target Milestones in the future.

No error on Linux

This bug was discovered during testing of 2012-06, updating version. Target milestone is unspecified until general bug review, but feel free to fix it before.

Cant reproduce. Propably fixed by some other changes
