Steps for to reproduce:

-Open a dicom dataset
-Select the Measurementbundle
-Draw a planarfigure(e.g. line)
-Chance the slice
-Reselect the planarfigure in the DataManager
-It doesn't jump back to the slice where the planarfigure was drawn!!!!
