Description

Create a plug-in which simply calculates a volume of a segmentation.

Options:

  • Calculate volume of entire segmentation image -> VolumeCalculator
  • Calculate volume of single slices in each direction (transversal, sagittal, coronal direction) -> ExtractImageFilter and VolumeCalculator
  • write segmentation results in a CSV/TXT File
