3D Interpolation preview still there after switch to 2D interpolation

Description

Start Segmentation with 3D Interpolation on
Switch to 2D interpolation.

2D Interpolation result is visible as yellow contour but 3D interpolation result is also still visible.

Duplicates Merged Here: T13035: Chosen the 2D interpolation in the segmentation view it is still possible to push the 3D interpolation accept button.

(Confirmed in ubuntu 12.04.)

And the accept button is still enabled.

There was a missing if statement in "EnableInterpolation" method
