The Diffusion welcome screen appears on the Windows x32 Installers for the next release. Probably due to a wrong CMake configuration of the CDash client.

The x32 Installers which were used for testing were build by the nightly installer client, which is not configured for the release.
I activated the 32 Bit Release Installer client.
