There are several issues with the checkbox behavior of the DataManager. Those issues mainly occur in hierarchical relations and especially on Linux. It is not clear if all issues occur only on Linux.
Following issue is easy to reproduce (Occurs only on Linux)
- Load an Image
- Create a segmentation
- Uncheck both checkboxes
- Click only on the segmentations checkbox --> nothing happens
Actually the checkboxes of the segmentation node and its superior node should be checked afterwards.
