Installer doesn't create start icon without menu

Description

Using the Win64-installer.

Selecting "Create MITK-Diffusion Desktop Icon" (3rd window) and "Keine Verknüpfung erstellen" (5th window). The result is that neither menu icons are created (what is the expected behaviour) nor a desktop icon, what is unwanted.

When just checking "Create MITK-Desktop Icon" the desktop icon is created.

That is most likely an NSIS issue and might even be intended behaviour.
