Gibb's Tracking cumulative stack resolution is too small
Closed, WontfixPublic

Description

If a big image is tracked with the gibb's filter a problem occures with the cumulative probability stack used in the energy calculators.

Because the values in the stack are divided by the sum of all values, rounding errors may lead to the fact, that more than one voxel has the same cumulative probability. To reduce this problem, the cumulative probability stack should use double instead of float to save all values.
