Fast scrolling through slides using "shift"

Description

A physician told me that he is used to scroll faster through slides when using the mouse wheel and pressing "shift" additionally. Why don't add this feature to MITK?

This feature is already implemented (for rightMouse + ctrl + moveMouse) but not active in the default interaction config. See bug branch
