IVIM d map unrealistically small range

Description

When generating d map using the IVIM view it ranges from very small negative values to very small positive values (far smaller 1). This is unrealistic and the algorithms should be checked.

Setting TargetMilestone to 2013-06 ( for all critical, major and some medium bugs).

I have discussed the issue with Klaus last week, the values seem to be correct.

Excluding from 2013.06 release. Reducing severity.
