• Load DWI image (tested with "gibbs_tracking.dwi")
• For Q-Ball estimation use advanced settings:
  • B0 Threshold : 0
  • Maximum I-Level: 6
  • Lambda: 0,006
  • Output SH-Coefficient Image: True
  • Use Shell Weights: True
• Use mode "Multi-Shell" (Aganj 2010)

• Start Reconstruction
