Generation of second independent segmentation not possible

Description

Generation of a second segmentation with different structures than the first segmentation is currently not possible. The content of the first segmentation is always copied to the second as well.

After doublechecking the issue it is more a usability problem. When I generate a new segmentation, I expect to be able to immediatly work with segmentation. It should hence be considered to automatically select the new segmentation as the one that is manipulated.

This bug has a high severity and was not fixed within the 2013-06 release. Setting target milestone to next release.

This bug is fixed in the current master
