Python superbuild fails

Description

THe build fails in CTK.

This is related to a new variable PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIR2 which comes up when using a new CMake version (>2.8.10) which is not passed through the CTK superbuild. The build then fails with the error PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIRS need to be set to use python

manual configuration (in PythonQt-build dir and CTK-build dir) works
