Generate a mask for 3D+t or 2D+t masking the same region in all time steps

Description

4D data is by default imported to MITK as 3D+t data. It a mask is generated for this image it also is 3D+t.

It would be good to be able to apply the drawn mask to all time steps. This is useful if the dimension t consists not of actual time stamps but for example of different MR contrasts.

Possible solutions could be:

  • disregard the t dimension and apply mask to currently selected t.
  • copy drawn mask to all t.
