The tooltip should be editable according to translation and rotation. Hence, a manual setting possibility to change the transformation of the tooltip is needed. This should be integrated in the QMitkNavigationToolCreationWidget.
Furthermore, the visualization of the tooltip should display a manual selected tooltip in reference to the original tooltip.
