Three help buttons are confusing for the user

Description

Multiple users complained about the three help buttons, which look identical and are quite confusing for beginners. An easy way to fix this would be to make different buttons and leave only one button with the question mark, so that a user knows where to click.

Maybe we could also merge the three views?

I sketched up two icons for index and search. I tried to keep them visually close to the original help logo. PNG Files and according PSD files are attatched to bug. Alfred and I think that index1.png is better than index2.png
