Split ADC map creation from Preprocessing

Description

Currently creation of an ADC map is part of the preprocessing view. Ideally it should be moved to its own view which can be part of the preprocessing perspective (between Scalar Indices and Peak Extraction) and also of the IVIM perspective where it would be useful.
