Thanks for this fix. As far as I remember, the main problem was not here but in CTK. The external library dirs variable was empty, even if I compiled qRestAPI and QuaZip as external libraries. It can be tested with one of the xnat-support branches in the NifTK/MITK fork.

Yes, I also added a fix to CTK. Both fixes are necessary.

Marvelous, thanks! I was looking for it in the CTK master, not the xnat-support branch, that's why I did not notice it. I will test it soon.
