Fixed Linux compile issue and use the CTK master for XNAT support.

Fixed the workbench crash that on the first call of the workbench
without valid preferences for the XNAT Connection happens,
because they are empty at the first start.

Implemented the Browsing through projects, subjects, experiments,
scans, resources and files.
Also it's possible to load resources folder or files down.

Replaced Poco code with CTK:xnat-support CORE.
Added member variables for the models(project, subject, experiment, scans, resources).
Added functions for browsing. Browsing is possible now.

New Plugin for Data-Browsing in a XNAT Rest-Server created.
Changed Plugin: ON.
QTreeView to show all XNAT Projects with QStandardItemModel.
Library for Server-Connection with POCO.
A iterator goes through the XML DOM and read the values inside.
The values are written into QStandardItems and these are appended to the QStandardItemModel.
The details to a project are shown under the project and they are also appended to a project-item.
