Description

Meta bug for all tests which are failing since the float-double-change and the IGT hackfest.

DOC: removed bug numbers in comments (the bugs were closed)

One test still fails: the NavigationDataPlayer test. See T16485 for details.

2013-12 release is finished so closing this bug.

However, T16485 is still open and needs to be fixed soon.
