When converting Siemens mosaic files to demosaiced dicoms using gdcmtar one corner of the entire mosaic image is used as origin for all single dcms. This results in the origin being far removed from 0,0,0 (e.g. -1000,-1000,-30).

When trying to headmotioncorrect these images the headmotioncorrection fails. After changing the origin manually to 0,0,0 it does not anymore.
