Add documentation to mitk::LookupTable about the rendering mode

Description

It was reported on the mailing list that it is hard to figure out why a LUT is not working correctly if one doesn't know about the "rendering mode" property.

A note in the mitk::LookupTable documentation about this property and linking to its documentation would be helpful.
