No access to the time-channel via Image Navigation for the all B0 image extraction

Description

Load DWI with multiple B0 Images
Check the "Extract all B0 images without averaging" CheckBox
Press the "Extract B0" button
(Open Image Navigator and) Select the new Image
Move the Time slider --> Error: Not possible (Slider disabeld)

Must be tested on other OS.

On Linux, the _B0_ALL image needs a 'Global Reinit'. Before re-initing, the ImageNavigator time slider is indeed inactive. But the images are there.

I pushed a branch forcing a re-initiation. Don't know if it is wanted.
Jan can you look at the change and give me a feedback. Close the bug, if no re-init is wanted?

The change is ok, just replace the 'need review' comment with some reasonable one.
