Make "Public software Library for UltraSound imaging research" (PLUS) available in the MITK superbuild

Description

The "Public software Library for UltraSound imaging research" (PLUS) offers a lot of useful ultrasound imaging features. It would be nice to combine them with MITK. Since PLUS is also based on ITK and VTK, and also uses the superbuild concept it should be possible to make it available as external software library in MITK.

started to integrate PLUS into the MITK superbuild in branch bug-17917-PLUS-Integration.

Cmake integration is already done, you need to activate the PLUS cmake option and also give a path to the PLUS source code. Unfortunately PLUS does not compile within the superbuild in this branch, this still needs to be fixed.
