What kind of extension is "IMA"? We could add it to the list of supported file extensions of the ITK GDCM reader.

It defines a DICOM File Set, the file ending could be .ima, .img or .dcm. The previous version of MITK could handle it, so i think we should add this extension.

I added the extensions to the gdcm reader. Should work now. Please verify and close the bug if everything is okay.
