Installers can't be build on MAC when a miniapp is enabled in the superbuild, e.g. Diffusion is activated. When a miniapp is activated MITK tries to install the python libraries into the miniapp bundle. To address this problem an aditional option should be added to the mitk create executable macro to enable the installation of the python runtime only into bundles where python is needed.
