Virtual Tracker causes crash after changing number of tools

Description

I can reproduce the bug like this:
-Open IGT Tracking Toolbox
-Select the Virtual Tracker
-Add two tools with the names Channel 0 and Channel 1
-Connect and Start Tracking
-Wait a second until it started tracking
-Stop Tracking and Disconnect
-Reset tools
-Add a tool with the name Channel 0
-Connect and Start Tracking

> Workbench crashes in vtkGetOpenGLErrors()

i cant find any problems/ no crash with the current master
