Unclear documentation for GetScalarValueMin/Max in image statistics holder.

Description

From the method description of the GetScalarValueMin/Max functions, it is unclear if an abundant recomputation is performed in case that the statistics had already been calculated. In fact, it is not, as the internal time stamp check is made upon call.
