Description

Steps to reproduce:

Load image + create segmentation
Activate a 2D tool
Activate another 2D tool (do NOT deactivate the previous one before)
Deactivate tool

> Crosshair freezes

Calling Reset View in the render window menu makes the crosshair work again

This looks like the interaction is caught in a certain state.

This bug can be fixed by applying the patch provided in T19467.

Encountered this as well - in my case it was enough to create a Segmentation to freeze the crosshair

Has been fixed in T19467.
