Description

This task has several objectives:

  • Enable the generation of in silico tissue volumes that comprise information on optical parameters
  • Provide the MitkMcxyz Monte Carlo simulation script and make it callable from within the MITK
  • Provide the ability to generated signal and fluence volumes from the simulation results
  • Enable the generation of 3D signal volumes from multiple 2D Monte Carlo simulations
  • Provide documentation on the provided modules and plugins with detailed instructions of how to use these
