Axis confusion in ImageNavigator

Description

The axial/sagittal/coronal sliders are not in the same order as the "location(mm)" spinboxes above.

The order of the spin boxes (from left to right) is:
sagittal, coronal, axial

the order of the sliders however (from top to bottom) is:
axial
sagittal
coronal

I suggest changing the order of the sliders to match the order of the spin boxes.

This has to be tested by physicians to see whether the order of sliders conforms to their expectations.
