[CAI-HACKFEST] Write a ipython notebook tutorials for msi module

Description

Write tutorials showing the usage of the msi module (MITK/Modules/Biophotonics/python/iMC/msi).

The tutorial shall be located in iMC/tutorials, as a reference the Monte Carlo reference tutorial can be used.

The tutorial(s) shall incorporate:

  • reading/writing multispectral image
  • manipulate/normalize multispectral images (msimani.py/normalize.py)
  • plot multispectral images
