Arguments of DisplayToWorld and WorldToDisplay have misleading names

Description

The DisplayToWorld and WorldToDisplay methods actually convert from and to mm coordinates in world space, but the arguments are called "index".

Also, GetCameraPositionOnPlane and MoveCameraToPoint could be renamed to GetCenter / SetCenter.
