Clipping plane hover color doesn't change

Description

A clipping plane i supposed to change its color from blue to green when the mouse curser is hovered above it. Was not the case for us.

System Specs:

OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

Works for me. Did you select one of the three clipping plane manipulation modes? If none of the buttons is triggered there should be no color change as no interaction is possible.

Works for me as well. Closing as Invalid, please reopen if this definitely happens on macOS.
