Make MITK_USE_Qt5 great again!

Description

We should replace MITK_USE_QT with MITK_USE_Qt5 as the create_module function checks for MITK_USE_<PACKAGE_NAME> variables to do stuff. This should be enough to be able to switch off Qt and build MITK without Qt.

Just a reminder: This change requires modifications in Restricted Repository and rMPT MITK-ProjectTemplate as well.
