Qt WebEngine locales not found
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I installed MITK to the directory "D:\temp\kslöäüß" using the recent (Feb 03) installer.
I'm note sure what the Qt warning in the log (see screenshot) means.
The help works fine.
The warning also occurs if I install MITK in standard path C:/Program Files/

Event Timeline

We currently do not copy the Qt/5.7/msvc2015_64/translations/qtwebengine_locales directory into our installer. Thus it does not find it when looking for it. This was mainly done, because we do not offer any locale but english anyway, but it was pointed out, that it might be useful for third party developers who localize their own application.

goch moved this task from Backlog to Included on the MITK (2016-11) board.
