Change icons in the documentation

Description

Due to the new icons concept (style and color) we have to decide which icon and which color we will support in the documentation.

  • For the plugins which have only icons in different colors, I would prefere the black version whereas the documentation pages are still white.
  • For the DICOM Browser/ Image Navigator / View Navigator we should provide both styles (awesome and tango) in the documentation

Or mayybe there is another idea I am not aware off.

Does it really work? I can't check at the moment but I remember that the generated help pages in the Workbench had trouble with the scaling of SVG images.

I've checked it and it worked. I just had to resize some of the SVG images in the documentation->User Manual folder because otherwise they would have been too big.
