Feature wish: integrate heatmap visualization in MitkChart.

1. Strictly seen, a heatmap is no chart and therefore MitkChart seems to be the wrong place
2. currently, there is no C3js integration of heatmaps. But there are several for D3.js: http://techslides.com/over-1000-d3-js-examples-and-demos
