Image is not continuously updated in Ultrasound Support view

Description

When activating an "Ultrasound Device" in "Ultrasound Support" plugin the created image is not automatically updated. This can be reproduced both using a web cam or the Telemed Ultrasound System.
It was tested in the MITK master branch #0498d89cc661` using VS2015 x64 and x32 on a Windows 10 system

The image rendering in Ultrasound Support is continuous .
The other major bug fixes fixed this issue.
