Move current DICOM Server to VM

Description

The CSI-DICOM server at DKFZ receives DICOM Data and forwards them to the configured destinations. The current server is set up as an experimental system on a desktop hardware. For using this services in routine, the current server will be replaced by a virtual machine, hosted by DKFZ IT-Corefacility. This increases the level of reliability and availability.

VM is installed and available. After first tests, the VM will be moved into the Demilitarised Zone (DMZ) within the DKFZ IT Infrastructure.

DICOM data is transferred via HTTPS connection.
