Add MITK_EXTENSION_DIRS to mitkConfig

Description

It would be desirable if we could read the source directory of eMITK similar to MITK_ROOT, so add
#define MITK_EXTENSION_DIRS "${MITK_EXTENSION_DIRS}" to mitkConfig.h.in

@hentsch Is there a reason this is still open. Seems to be mergeable to the master, isn't it?

Nope. I only needed it for the beta branch. The beta branch will be merged into the master soon
