not sure what help documentation pages are missing in particular but there should be more help pages than I just build with the newest mitk version. Since I removed all my old QT3 MITK version , somebody should have a look and, if necessary, import the documentation files to the newest MITK version.

The documentation pages were located in the UserManual sub-directory of each QFunctionality, eg http://mbits/viewvc/mitk/trunk/mitk/Deprecated/QFunctionalities/QmitkPointBasedRegistration/UserManual/
These can just be moved to the corresponding bundles.

Ok. this is not 3m3 anymore, . can you still check this and close the bug if everything is done?
