In order to provide more customized layout presets the QmitkRenderWindowMenu needs to be refactored. Currently all existing actions are defined inside this class.

Additionally each layout design is available for each QmitkAbstractMultiWidget which might be something that is not desired (a special multi widget does not fit the custom layout so the user should not be able to select it).
