MatchPoint Batch Registration View should be deprecated and removed.

Reason:

1. With all possible options (Masks, mixed point sets...) the business logic for a UI based batch registration becomes very complex.
2. It was only very rarely used
3. Focusing the energy for the registration mini app for batch processing makes more sense

Bottom line: Invest/benefit ratio for view is very questionable. Invest in mini app makes more sense for automatic batch processing.
