@thomass Which version did you test this with?

nolden lowered the priority of this task from Unbreak Now! to Low.Mar 6 2020, 4:22 PM

The modality of the referenced image is a so-called Enhanced CT Image originating from a 3D C-Arm. It is a current limitation of dcmqi to handle these multiframe series as input, see https://github.com/QIICR/dcmqi/issues/217 . It's not an easy fix in dcmqi and we already discussed with the developers. For now I think we have to keep this in our backlog.

thomass raised the priority of this task from Low to Normal.Mar 12 2020, 3:41 PM

As stated before, we encountered more examples that raised the unknown exception, so I don’t agree to lower the priority on that.

Not sure if I understand correctly: are there other examples than the Siemens 3D C-Arm images?

The priority should be discussed. I didn't want to say it's not important, but it's probably a bigger effort on the dcmqi side which we would have to contribute.
