Changes during sanity check can constradict NA handling option

Description

When missing algorithm performances are added as NAs and option na.treat is set to remove NAs, NAs added during sanity check are removed again.

How do we handle this? Is it a bug or a feature?

in my opinion this is a desirable feature

In the meeting on 30/03/2020 we agreed that this issue won't be fixed. Parameters have to be described properly to raise awareness of this scenario to the user.
